Emily Meeker is the Vice President of Leah's Hopes and Dreams and has been volunteering with the organization since 2018. She is responsible for making strategic decisions to help evolve and grow the organization and for fundraising activities. She is currently spearheading a housing development project which will be a multi-year initiative focused on building a community to support the homeless and low-income families throughout the Carolinas. 

 

Emily has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on change management, process improvement, and project management. She has held leadership roles at Bank of America and TIAA and is the CEO and co-founder of Work Well Consulting Group.

 

Emily is a Charlotte native who lives with her husband, Mark, and their three children, Hudson, Hunter, and Hayden. What drew them to the organization is the fact that Leah's Hopes and Dreams provides a chance for families to get out together to help serve the community. Hayden Meeker, now two, was volunteering with LHD before she could walk!
